Our Render Cleaning Services

We are a leading render cleaning company based in Macclesfield, Cheshire and offer a professional, reliable render cleaning services across the whole of Cheshire East and Cheshire West.

We clean all types of render to the highest of standards from traditional external render (mortar-sand and cement) through to modern silicone based renders from Weber and K- Rend.

For the vast majority of our render cleaning we use a soft wash cleaning system. This system uses a long reach water fed pole (similar to the poles window cleaners use) to gently apply the cleaning agents to the render. Once applied, we leave cleaning agents to work for around 20-40 minutes and then gently rinse them off using the same pressure as a hose pipe. This ensures your exterior render is brought back to life without damaging or discolouring to the render. The system we use removes all common surface contaminants including -dirt, algae, moss, mould and mildew.

We are fully insured and hold a full waste carriers licence (Licence no. CBDL448668).

What do you charge to clean render?

We typically charge £285 to clean an average 3-4 bedroom family house with rendered walls to 3 or 4 sides.

We will visit your property at a time and date convenient to you and discuss with you any individual requirements. We will provide you with a written quotation for you to consider. We don’t ask for a deposit before starting cleaning, all we ask is that we are paid once the cleaning has been completed.
